New Guidelines & Procedures FAQs

Yes, you can. However, with social distancing policies limiting the number of lanes that can be used at any time, we recommend making a reservation.

If you do walk in and we do not have a lane available, we regret that you will not be able to wait inside the bowling alley. This is due to the limitations on the number of people allowed in the building at any one time (50 persons max.)

We will be checking everyone's temperature before they enter the building. For everyone's safety, if your temperature exceeds 100.4 degrees you will not be allowed to enter.

Simple, but there is a 3 lane minimum. Call us at (650) 738-8190 and we'll get you set up with a lane reservation!

Yes! The Rockaway Bar & Grill is open with its classic Pizza and Grill menus. Meals and beverages will be served with disposible plates, cups and utensils for additional safety.

AND! The bar is open as well.

Not really, but we are encouraging customers to pay with a credit card due to the higher risks involved in handling cash. Cash will still be accepted.

As of February 15th, 2022, masks are no longer required while inside the building. Unvaccinated individuals, as per state and county guidelines, are encouraged to continue using their masks.

We also encourage anyone concerned about their own safety and the safety of others to continue using their masks should they choose to do so.

Absolutely! If you have your own equiplment, please feel free to bring it with you.

Yes, but we have had to limit the billiards are to one table, with one group at a time.

The arcade will be open with limited games and, of course, social distancing applies to both areas.

Absolutely! There's nothing quite like an ice cold beer while bowling a few frames.

For your safety, and that of our staff, during our initial reopening we will not be hosting parties or other large events.

Of course, we will resume party and event hosting as soon as reasonably possible.

Due to the restrictions we have had to cancel the summer league, but league play will return in the fall and winter. Look for schedules to be published some time in August.

In the mean time we will continue to offer League Members special rates so that you can stay in top form.

Unfortunately, the situation has also dictated that we cancel our Herman's Club program along with our bowling camps and scholarship events for this summer.

All of these and more will return next summer.

We are currently running with a reduced staff and we have had to suspend our catering services until we know it is safe and we can return to full operating levels.
